Resilence is the first skill to master. Resilence is the ability to bounce back from adversity.
As sales people we hear “No” all the time. Have you had a customer that act excited about the product but doesn’t buy? It is difficult to stay resilant in the “No” situation.
Don’t Let a Little No Hold You Back
An “A Team” Scentsy Consultants understand that No will be said and don’t let it hold them down. I was in a trade show that a customer told me to put aside a plug in and bar. She would be back in just a little while with a check. She did not come back, and I was confussed. Not only did that cause me a sale but why would that person not come back if they said thy would. Instead of letting it bother me I thought of all the pople I had talked to that day about Scentsy and moved forward to the next sale.
Reflect if anything could be done diffrently and then move forward. Remember to be relient in the eyes of adversity.
